Hi, I’m Brianna, I am so happy you’re here!

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I  hope this gives you a chance to get to know me a little better.

I became a therapist because I  genuinely enjoy getting to know people and helping them better understand themselves. Every  person has a unique story, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of a profession where I get  to help others navigate life’s challenges, celebrate their growth, and discover strengths they may  not have realized they had.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety,  self-esteem, OCD and perfectionistic tendencies, boundary-setting, stress management, life  transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I also provide parent coaching,  working closely with parents to better understand their teen’s emotional and behavioral needs  while offering evidence-based strategies that strengthen communication, build confidence, and  create more connection at home. My experience in both school-based and clinical mental health  has reinforced something I see every day: there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. This  experience has given me the opportunity to work with individuals across many stages of life,  each with their own unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. It has reinforced the  importance of meeting people where they are, taking the time to truly understand their story, and  recognizing that meaningful growth looks different for everyone.

One of the most meaningful experiences in my own life has been becoming a stepmom.  Navigating family dynamics from both a personal and professional perspective has given me a  deeper appreciation for the many ways families are built and the everyday moments that shape  us. It has strengthened my ability to support not only adolescents and parents, but also  individuals navigating relationships, family dynamics, and life’s many transitions with  compassion and understanding.

No matter what brings you to therapy, you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin.  I’d be honored to support you as you learn, grow, and navigate whatever chapter of life you’re in.

P.S. – A fun fact about me: I’m a huge animal lover! My cat, Olive, is convinced she is the queen  of the house (she is) and I am just lucky she lets me live there too.
