What is the age range of clients you see?

We currently provide therapy services for individuals aged 14 and up.

How long are therapy sessions?

Initial intake appointments are typically 60 minutes. Ongoing individual sessions are generally 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs and goals.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill (a detailed invoice) upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Can I self-pay for therapy?

Yes. Many of our clients choose to self-pay, which offers greater privacy and flexibility in care.

Are you in network with Medicare or Medicaid?

No. We are not in network with Medicare or Medicaid, including NJ FamilyCare and Horizon NJ Health.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the No Surprises Act, you're entitled to a Good Faith Estimate explaining the cost of services if you're uninsured or self-paying. We'll provide one before your first session or upon request.

What should I expect at my first session?

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes, all sessions are currently held via Telehealth for your convenience and comfort.

Do you prescribe medication?

No. As licensed therapists, we do not prescribe medication. If needed, we can collaborate with your primary care provider or refer you to a psychiatric professional.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
